Adobe Illustrator
This collection of cards is an exploration of handwritten type, shape, composition, and color. I enjoy challenging myself to find ways to fit a figure within a space. Sometimes one position for one character works, but not another. The compositions of the cards are carefully balanced. The organic round type was intentionally drawn to be a composition within the words themselves, and also to reflect the same visual language as the characters.
