Like many artists on Instagram, I've often watched from the sidelines as Inktober sweeps through October each year, promising myself I'd give it a shot. It wasn't until 2023 that I finally took the plunge. However, rather than confine myself to traditional ink, I opted for a different path to hone my animation skills—enter Peachtober, a refreshing departure from the ink-centric challenge.
In an effort to balance the demands of my workload with the desire to participate, I devised a pragmatic approach: sketching quick thumbnails for each day's prompt to streamline the animation process. Yet, despite my best efforts, client commitments inevitably encroached, preventing me from completing the challenge in its entirety.
Reflecting on the experience, I realized the audacity of my ambition—attempting to animate every prompt was overly ambitious. Nevertheless, the journey wasn't without merit. It reaffirmed my passion for artistic exploration and provided valuable insights into the intricacies of animation.
