I love frogs and people love Sailor Moon. So I thought, "How can I make something for myself that other people will enjoy too?" And thus, Sailor Frog was created.
During the creation process, I also kept in mind how the animation would optimally be viewed. Depending on the platform, the dimensions of the animation vary. I ultimately decided I wanted this to be viewed on Instagram reels and Tiktok, so I oriented the piece vertically. It was critical to create an engaging beginning to sustain viewer interest in this short piece. Once completed, I uploaded the animation to Instagram, garnering roughly 5K views.
